Walking on Corpses

On July 9, 2003 «Nezavisimoya Gazeta» ¹137 published a manifesto of «The “Liberal Russia” party in connection with tragic events that took place on Tushino air-field in Moscow» on July 5, 2003 leading to the death –tall of 14 lives.

It was signed by B.A.Berezovsky and I.P.Rybkin, newly elected party leader after the arrest of a former leader Kodanyov, who was charged with the assassination of another key party member S.Jushenkov not so long time ago.

Both Berezovsky and Rybkin along with the nowadays deceased general — traitor, Lebed’, are known for masking under a peacekeeping mission their intent of keeping the threat of slavery in the Chechen Republic real and consistent for all the Russian population.

This is a well known fact not only in Moscow, but also in the Chechen Republic. As “Zhizn” newspaper cites in Leonid Shahov’s article «Where there is Berezovsky, there is Death»(¹ 83, April 18, 2003), «Asassinated chairman of the Confederated States of Peoples of Caucasus, Yusup Soslambekov, two years ago named Berezovsky as his personal enemy. “His peacekeeping, — spoke Soslambekov, — will ensure to Chechens and Russians continuous war for a minimum of 50-70 years ahead. He is not interested in peace and stability, rather chaos. There isn’t only a circulation of petroleum and gas throughout the Caucasian corridor, but also drug trafficking routes from Afghanistan to Russia. Soon we shall present concrete facts indicative of the fact that Boris Abramovich has cleared away for himself with the help of field commanders whom he bribes”. In a little more than a month after this statement Soslambekov was assassinated…».

Once again lax-minded liberals have taken advantage of tragedy in Tushino to provoke people for active counteraction of Putin’s policies on establishing order in the Chechen Republic in hopes to get him to «negotiate». What is noteworthy is that simultaneously with “Liberal Russia” address to Putin, Aslan Mashadov, leader of the Chechen bandits, addressed the President as well, emphasizing that he was willing to negotiate without any prior conditions on his part. Previously Mashadov always demanded for the Russian Administration to yield first in order for negotiations to take place. It shows the degree of desperation that bandits are experiencing today if they call for negotiations without any prior conditions.

As Khasavurt has shown, negotiations with terrorists are among the most reliable methods of disrupting the peace process, which will inevitably convince Chechen bandits that they are capable of subduing and enthralling the entire Russia, thus causing a new convulsion of kidnappings, terror acts nationwide, and leading to eruptions of nationalism in regions locally, which, in turn, will result in wrecking the Russian state. This is exactly what benefits Berezovsky and Co° the same way a fire in a warehouse benefits a storage-keeper caught stealing. It is necessary for them to destroy the state so there will be no one to answer to for all the crimes they committed against the people of Russia. In order to fulfill their plans, it is necessary for them to discharge the President of Russia Putin from power.

Berezovsky’s thirst to overthrow Putin is well known to anyone who is more or less observant of the event developments around. In his struggle against Putin, Berezovsky finds all means to be justified. When there is lack of negative causes to cast a shadow on Putin, Berezovsky simply makes something up, revealing his profound immorality and true intentions that drive him and those helping him in a struggle against Putin.

On June 26, 2003 «Nezavisimoya Gazeta» (¹126) released a message of «the

“Liberal Russia” Leader B.Berezovsky» and «the party co-chairman M. Kodanyov» entitled «Integration of Regions — is Destroying the Russian Federation». As a formal basis for the publication of this message served an assembly, which took place on June 26, 2003 in Kudymkar, discussing the integration possibility of Komi — Permjatsky and Perm autonomous regions. In his open message Berezovsky opposes reforms of a federal structure of the Russian Federation conducted by Putin. «Putin’s regime consistently destroys bases of the federative state structure and recreates the Soviet pattern of the unitarian state. … The corrupt system of the unitary state structure and authority centralization has already resulted in a collapse of the USSR, and today, leads to repeating the same pattern within the scale of Russia», Berezovsky asserts having no real foundation in place.

Let us break this statement up into several charges claimed by Berezovsky towards Putin. He renounces the reforms’ objectives, turning them into main charges against Putin. Particularly he doesn’t support the first objective, which states, «Objective#1. Improves governing of the country. It is more efficient to govern seven administrative regions as appose to eighty-nine, or forty or even fifteen».

As scientists have shown in their research, a person simultaneously can concentrate on 7 to 9 objects, while the increase in the amount of objects up to 15 will require a much better ability to concentrate. Thus, even for a state chief with extraordinary abilities it is virtually impossible to adequately administrate 89 regions of the federation. It means that even from the scientific point of view Putin is implementing a very reasonable procedure of creating seven federal districts, each of which on average would include 12 sub districts (note that many of these «districts» were created artificially within the «democratization» process and «reforms» by arbitrary splitting one district in two).

Who will loose if there will be an administration structure established of all processes taking place nationwide? For the past several years, people have realized the absence of skillful administration of the state brings continuous troubles and forfeiting, such as unemployment, no means to pay, lack of adequate infrastructures, etc. Stable management of processes in the state cannot suit only those who benefit from chaos. For instance, thieves — pickpockets choose big mass gatherings when huge crowd excited by alcohol is squashed on a small territory, so they have better chances to clean up people’s pockets.

Privatization has been conducted in Russia following the same principle. First, companies were brought down in chaos, while national properties were taken apart behind the mess. That’s how Berezovsky has obtained his multi-million wealth during those years. Today he opposes the possibility of bringing order and stability into the state because he won’t be able to «fish in muddy waters» anymore.

Berezovsky opposes the second objective as well, which outlines, «The Second Objective will help resolve the underlying problem of nationalities within Russia».

To resolve a problem of nationalities in multinational Russia means not leaving a chance for any possibility of repeating such national catastrophe as the one happening in the Chechen Republic.

It is possible to resolve this problem only through implementation of Stalin plan of forming federative framework of the state built with ethnically — national autonomies included in it, which allows all nationalities to preserve and develop their cultures within the state structure that is aligned with the overall national objectives and geo — economic conditions, whereas implementation of Lenin’s plan of forming federal districts upon ethnical principle, eventually triggered collapse of the Soviet Union. Indeed, principles of federal structure as described by Berezovsky refer to the Stalin plan of ethnically — national autonomies, but Berezovsky accuses Putin of carrying out Lenin’s plan.

Proceeding with principles of integration of federal districts Putin uses the best strategy for strengthening the state, and to accuse him of destroying the country through these actions simply means «to put the blame on someone else». The public is not fully informed of Berezovsky’s role in organizing the “Chechen” wars, however, what is known is his direct involvement in paying the Chechen bandits huge amounts of money so they continue kidnapping people and turning them into slaves.

Berezovsky resists the third objective of reforms designed to «enable the system of appointing district governors instead of electing them in newly integrated administrative districts».

From the administration point of view it holds no major significance whether the governor was appointed or elected. We would like to get an explanation why Berezovsky despises the order ensured by the appointed governor as apposed to his acceptance of chaos created by the elected one? Isn’t it apparent that Berezovsky opposes mechanism of appointing governors because, in this case, a position could be taken by a person with different set of moral principles from the ones he is guided by; whereas with present elective procedures in place, only the richest person, who obtained his wealth through criminal means, mainly can be elected, Berezovsky is guaranteed to have the administrative body consisting of people who have built their status during the privatization times the same way he did.

Anyway, having identified himself as a thief, a swindler, and the arsonist of interethnic conflicts, Berezovsky directly and in plain terms declares in his message, «Political party of “Liberal Russia” strongly opposes further integration of the regions,

anti-constitutional redesign of the Russian Federation map, and, last but not least, destructive initiative of the Kremlin». One aspect Berezovsky is right about: Putin is destroying the system, indeed, the system that is further damaging the Russian State.

Charges against Putin brought by Berezovsky are similar to those proclaimed by his paid agents, such as leaders of CPRF and NPCP, which push for Putin’s discharge from power accusing him of keeping the country in a state of «the system crisis» and liquidating «democratic accomplishments of the 90’s».

The administration system that leaders of the Communist Party are so nostalgic about is a system of obliterating Russia, plundering its natural resources, pushing for genocide of its people, whereas the «democratic accomplishments of the 90’s» serve as a tool to carry out this outrageous plan. However, what we are witnessing is how cautiously, without revolutions and cataclysms (also desired by the «national defenders»), Putin dismantles this corrupt “administrative system” and transforms it into a new level where Russia will be set for fair livelihood with all people living happily and adequately.
