Future begins today

August 22, 2003 was marked as a starting point for a political forum “Elections-2003” taking place in Moscow at the “Manezh” exhibition hall.

It is crucial to point out that Conceptual Party “Edinenie” participation in the forum among other parties serves as evidence of reaching a new level in creating awareness and a final break through the information blockade used against the Public Security Conception: Dead Water all these years, but above all, it is
further opportunity for the Conception to be introduced to broader masses of people.

Opening ceremony of signing public Agreement “Elections- 2003” by leaders of 27 present political parties manifested their mutual intent to implement fair tactics and technologies during the forthcoming elections for the Russian State Duma. On behalf of Conceptual Party “Edinenie” agreement was signed by
Presidium Chairman of Central Committee of CPE, Petrov K.P., who stated in a brief speech at signing, “We are signing this document with a clear conscience. And that is why. All elective technologies are only ways of delivering information to people. But how do people distinguish dirty technologies from clean? All technologies are dirty as all nowadays-existing expertise is intended to deceive people by advertising party persona instead of what candidate offers. Our ideological platform, “Public Security Conception: Dead Water”, provides people with a methodology to distinguish truth from a lie, fair from shady.
Having received this method and knowledge, people will never let anybody deceive them. CPE came to give people this knowledge. We came for good! And the victory will follow!”

Overall, CPE presentation stood out among other parties not only because the tiny space it was allocated was set up skillfully and aesthetically, but also CPE displayed various explanatory materials about the history of creation of its conceptual platform, described its agenda, showed methods and tactics of achieving set goals in a clear and concise manner, additionally, CPE introduced more than 50 works from the Library of Conceptual Knowledge series along with vivid posters and charts, which revealed core concepts of the Public Security and the Comprehensive Theory of Management (soon all these charts will be available for viewing at www.kpe.ru).

Meanwhile overwhelming majority of parties have not presented any materials, any agendas, not to mention conceptual platforms. In this respect it is worth mentioning such party as “Edinaya Rossia”, which despite occupying huge site, appeared absolutely empty, offering only two citations by the President of Russia, Putin, as its ideology.

Having no well thought out agenda of their own or ideological platforms, some parties are simply exploiting image of the President, distributing their brochures with a message extracted from the Address of the President- 2003, flavored with numerous portraits of their leaders.

“The Union of Right Forces” site appeared similarly empty, displaying mock-up of the militant general with the tablet big politician attached hinting at the minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Gryzlov. Such approach revealed all the hypocrisy through their utilizing dirty tactics whereas they joint the Agreement against it.

The Communist Party and LDPR brochures presented various speeches of their leaders as their ideological platforms. It was apparent that many parties offered anything and everything except their agendas and conceptual platforms, some even going to extremes of having as little as a few flyers or turning their exposition into a mini-bar like the Agrarian party.

The only common trait these parties shared was excess of photos and images of their leaders put in various contexts: leader in a field, on a street, among factory workers…

As a part of the exposition, CPE also displayed conceptual paintings of Ivan Parhomenko and photo coverage of party activities. Additionally, visitors were offered issues of our newspaper “Mera za Meru”, special issues of “Za Rodinu-Rossiyu”, “VsEm” , analytical commentaries by Internal Predictor of the
USSR on “Law on Resources”, “Legislature Abuse”, “Chechen tragedy and ways to resolve it” and the article by L.N.Tolstoy “Why Christian peoples in general and Russian in particular are now in distress” .

Visitors were stunned by our exposition emphasis on Pushkin and Stalin.
How it could be?! Pushkin and concepts of management?! What?! Stalin and Ford shared similar visions?!

Various supporting resources of CPE were competently presented by party members who were helping visitors by giving them in-dept answers practically on all aspects of Public Security Conception and party activity. There were some instances when various titled professors approached our stand with the intent to disqualify our expertise of philosophy and sociology, however, these attempts always ended with a CPE member addressing professor’s obscurely formulated questions in a simple and clear language, using the charts covering various topics from the Public Security Conception and Universal Theory of Management, not only answering them, but also showing to anxious contenders inadequacies in their knowledge of some disciplines.

Such high professionalism and wide knowledge base of our members amazed everyone who approached our stand.

And at last, but not least, the entire time our exposition was accompanied with conceptual songs of our author-singer, Dmitry Poltoratskiy, such as “We, in Russia, are strong through unifying”, “Humanoids” , We have returned from war ,“In memory of A.S.Pushkin”. Music and words of his songs captivated visitors at the concert given by Dmitry.

However, not all were thrilled with the work of our members. There were times when some parties’ representatives tried to prevent us from speaking, as it was done, for example, by the Communist Party during representation session. Yet, all their attempts appeared vain. Members of CPE were able to competently and correctly stop such harmful activities by putting into practice knowledge of our
Conceptions.

Overall impression is such that barely any party present at the forum (and those who did not sign the Agreement as “Yabloko” party) had anything adequate to offer other than frank nonsense.

In contrast, Conceptual Party “Edinenie” separated itself from this clutter through presenting its powerful theoretical platform “the Concept of Public Security”.

CPE has a sure future. And this future starts today.
